No Hidden Extras
Apart from a single week supplement, we do not add any extra charges to your holiday such as debit/credit card surcharges, linen charges, use of air-conditioning and hot tubs (fair usage policy applies on some villas--see below).

We do charge for the following extras:

• Security deposit (fully refundable upon no damage to the property or its contents).

• Starter/Celebration packs.

• High Chairs/Buggies/Cots (some properties have these included in the price)

Who processes my credit/debit card information when I make a payment?
Our partners at Protx will process your credit/debit card payment.

How safe is it to pay with my credit/debit card over the web?

The Protx secure server software encrypts your credit/debit card information so your transactions are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. A secure server means that using a credit/debit card on the Web is safer than giving out your card details over the phone. Any personal details entered including credit/debit card payments will automatically be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). A padlock symbol at the bottom or top of your screen indicates that you are in a secure area, as does the beginning of the page address changing from http:// to https://.

What about the other sites you link to?
Gran Canaria Luxury Villas, its employees, contractors, agents and owners are not responsible for the security policies or content of any websites to which it may link.

Your Personal Details
Your personal details will not be passed to any third party, except for the reasons outlined in the terms and conditions.

Your Financial Security
Your financial security is very important to us. For this reason, all monies we receive from you using a debit/credit card are held in a trust account with Lloyd’s TSB Bank Ltd until after you have completed your holiday with Gran Canaria Luxury Villas.

Fair Usage Policy
Some of our Villas have air conditioning and hot tubs. As these use a large amount of electricity if overused or used incorrectly, we always read the electricity meter before or after each rental. We have calculated a very generous amount of usage (based on an average of 60 minutes use of the hot tub per day, with the cover being on in between, and the air conditioning being run with the doors and windows closed where applicable). This will not affect the majority of renters. Any excessive use will be charged.
